This August, our wonderful partner Mr. Riggs Wine Co. continues their annual event, donating part of the proceeds from the sale of The Gaffer Shiraz to Flinders Foundation to fund cancer research. Their support has made an immense impact, contributing more than $200,000 since 2006. We can’t thank them enough for their ongoing support and generosity.

Ben Riggs shared, "Our involvement with Flinders Foundation has given my family and me such a wonderful opportunity to contribute to an incredibly meaningful cause and returned so much pride and satisfaction that our little business can actually make a difference.

“I often tell the story about going into a shopping centre with my youngest, Nelson, who was about 12 or 13, and turning down someone asking for donations from another charity and feeling bad because we focus our efforts on the Foundation. Nelson asked me how much we had given so far, and after I told him, he put his hand in mine and said, 'I’m so proud of you, Dad.' One of those amazing parent moments which I will never forget, and which makes our contributions feel meagre by comparison."
