But in August, they’ll support exceptional research and patient care in a different way, taking The Plunge to raise vital funds for Flinders Foundation.

“By taking The Plunge, we hope to raise the funds that help improve peoples’ quality of life.”

“Feeling out of my comfort zone for an hour is nothing compared to what our patients go through”, they said.
Taking The Plunge is about much more than an adrenaline rush for the team, it’s about ensuring that groundbreaking research and exceptional care continue to be supported, leading to breakthroughs and kinder treatments for patients in southern Adelaide and beyond.
“By donating, you are helping everyone around you, even if you don’t know it,” said Alessia and Shelley.
